Principal

Welcome - My name is Adam Midock and I am the proud principal at Nathanael Greene. 

The 2025-2026 school year is upon us and we are excited to welcome all Nathanael Greene students, staff and families back for an exciting school year. Each summer we take time to reflect on the progress towards our goals. This allows us to identify areas of focus for this upcoming school year. This summer we prioritized teacher and staff professional development, curriculum work, student data reviews and family engagement practices.

After a review of student data and progress towards past goals, we have set new school goals for the 2025-2026 school year. This year our focus will be on the following four goals: 

  • We will strive for continuous student growth for all students in reading, math, science, and history by engaging students through meaningful, personalized, and data driven experiences.
  • We will work to build strong and positive relationships with all students through consistent classroom communities and building level programs.
  • We will work to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment focused on positivity, collaboration and respect.
  • We will strive to increase our family engagement participation and will focus efforts to improve overall student attendance. 

In addition to our school goals we will again embrace our PBIS expectations and the guiding principles of Responsive Classroom. These expectations are to serve as a guide for developing respectful and safe learning behaviors. The expectations and guiding principles include: 

The Responsive Classroom domains and guiding principles include: Positive classroom community, developmentally responsive teaching and learning, effective management, and engaging academics. 

The five school-wide PBIS guiding principles include the expectation to be: Safe, Kind, Respectful, Responsible, and Ready to Learn 

We are looking forward to a fun and successful 2025-2026 school year.
